Using a Third-Party Shipper
After arranging shipping, please complete and return the SHIPPING AUTHORIZATION FORM by email. Your shipper should then contact us directly to coordinate pickup.
Pickup by a Designated Individual
If another individual will collect your purchases on your behalf, please complete and return the AUTHORIZED RELEASE FORM. The designated individual must present a valid ID matching the information provided on the form.
Sales Tax & Out-of-State Shipping
Sales tax treatment may depend on the destination and the manner in which the property is shipped or delivered.
For qualifying out-of-state or international shipments, China Arts Auction may require shipping documentation, including a Bill of Lading or other proof of delivery, before applicable sales tax can be removed or adjusted.
Please contact us if you have questions about the documentation required for your shipment.
Storage & Uncollected Property
Purchases should be collected promptly after payment.
Items not collected within 45 days from the invoice date may be subject to storage fees. China Arts Auction is not responsible for loss or damage after this period.
Uncollected items may be considered abandoned and may be reoffered or otherwise handled at China Arts Auction’s discretion.
